Through the excellent location, close to Munich's central station (Hauptbahnhof) and the city center (Marienplatz) with shopping area and tourist attractions, you will feel very fast at home in Munich. Family Pres will provide you with the best service, concerning your needs and wishes.

This accomodation is a flexible solution for a longer stay as student, looking for a flat or working at a time limited job. In our furnished and well equipped apartments you will surely not miss anything, necessary for a comfortable stay.
No hidden costs
Our prices are including all taxes, as well the use of electricity, heating, hot water, TV and Internet. The minimum stay should be for 6 months. Special terms are avaible by agreement.

Boardinghouse Margit is just a few meters away from all public transportation systems, close to he Munich central station (Hauptbahnhof) and the city center (Marienplatz), which offers an excellent starting point for tourist- and cultural attractions, shopping and exhibition grounds.
